Welcome to the Poppieshelp.ca website. By registering as a volunteer and/or booking a shift through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Volunteer Commitments

When you register for a shift, you are committing to show up at the scheduled time and location. Your participation is essential to the success of the Poppy Campaign and to supporting veterans in your community.
Cancelling or Rescheduling a Shift
If you are unable to attend a shift you have booked, you must contact your Location Captain as soon as possible. Contact information for your Location Captain may be found by:
- Reviewing emails you may receive reminding you of upcoming shifts
- Signing into the site and reviewing your booked shifts by selecting "My Bookings" from the menu.
Failure to notify your Branch Poppy Chair may negatively impact the campaign and may result in restrictions on future volunteer bookings.
Eligibility

Volunteers must be able to perform their assigned duties safely. Registration is open to all community members; there is no requirement to be a veteran, active military member, or cadet.
Use of Personal Information

Volunteer Conduct
Volunteers are expected to:

- Follow all instructions provided by the store location and Legion Branch staff
